What are the effects of temperature difference on steel space frame structure construction projects? The phenomenon of thermal expansion and contraction of objects has obvious influence on the installation of column components in steel space frame structure buildings. The independent steel column hoisted on the column foundation is exposed to sunlight, causing it to have front and back sides, and there is a temperature difference on both sides and deformation, which will cause the steel column to tilt. As time goes by, the steel columns tilt westward in the morning and eastward in the afternoon. The steel columns of large steel structure workshops, commercial steel structure buildings, and municipal steel structure buildings all have the phenomenon of vertical changes. In the measurement adjustment, pay attention to the following points:
1. Distinguish whether the component is the original bending or the bending caused by the weather, so as to prevent unnecessary repeated adjustment;
2. You can choose to adjust the measurement in the morning or at night (of course, cloudy days without temperature difference are better) to eliminate the existence of temperature difference;
3. Or establish a column as a standard column, install it when there is no temperature difference, and correct its verticality deviation to ±0. When calibrating other columns, the verticality of the standard column shall prevail. Re-calibrate other steel columns to make their vertical values and inclination directions consistent with those of standard columns;
4. Or use the temperature difference displacement value formula to calculate the displacement value, so as to correct the displacement of the column end, and the direction can be consistent with the calculation.
