1.Bracing Method

Column Support

Reinforced concrete columns or steel columns can be used. Concrete columns have strong bearing capacity and good stability, and are commonly used in large-scale industrial plants, etc. Steel columns are light in self-weight and quick in construction, and are commonly used in some buildings with high space requirements (e.g. exhibition halls). The connection nodes of columns and net frames should ensure that they can effectively transfer loads, and are connected by welding or high-strength bolts.

Wall Support

For the net frame structure with walls in the periphery, the walls can be used as supports. The wall needs to have sufficient strength and stability, and is generally connected with the net frame through embedded parts to transfer the horizontal and vertical loads to the foundation.

2.Construction Points

Net Racking Rod Structure

Rods are mostly steel tubes, and the appropriate diameter and wall thickness should be selected according to the stress situation. At the nodes, such as bolt ball nodes, the specification and number of bolts should be configured according to the calculation of internal force. Rod processing should strictly control the precision to ensure accurate assembly.

Roof Structure and Net Frame Synergy

The connection between the metal roof panel and the net frame should be firm and adapt to the deformation. When self-tapping screws are used for connection, waterproof washers should be provided and the connection points should be reasonably arranged. Insulation and waterproof layer should be set up in combination with the net frame, such as setting purlin to support the roof in the upper node, paying attention to the purlin spacing and net frame grid to match, and the drainage components (gutter, rainwater hopper, etc.) should be installed in coordination with the net frame.
