Braunschweig’s Study Pavilion: A Practice in Lightweight Flexibility
Designed by Gustav Düsing and Max Hacke, this pavilion is a prefabricated kit of parts that champions circular construction with modular, reconfigurable space. Completed on a modest budget (~€5.2 M), it won the 2023 EU Mies Award for its adaptable, disassemblable design, and serves as a communal hub on campus.
